Steve Springmeyer, SpringArt Photo, is proud to be invited to participate in the 29th Annual Mosaics Fine Art Festival. 100 of the finest local, regional and national artists will be featured along Old Main Street of downtown St. Charles, Missouri. Historic Main Street is Missouri’s first and largest nationally registered historic district. Running parallel to the Missouri River, the brick-paved streets are home to one-of-a-kind shops, restaurants, and B&B’s in buildings that date to the 1800s. The Festival transforms North Main Street into an outdoor art gallery featuring fine art for sale by local and national artists. 

This free outdoor festival is held rain or shine and is within easy walking distance from free parking.
